If the words "AI" and "my kid's homework" make you a little nervous, you're not alone. I'm not a tech expert. I'm a parent who recognized that understanding, and using, AI is a skill that our children MUST learn to be ready for the future workforce. So I learned this stuff myself, the hard way, so you don't have to start from zero. In this free session, you'll learn: What AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI actually are. The basics of using AI - including which tool is best for which task What AI tools like Google's NotebookLM actually do (and why it's built for learning, not shortcuts) How to introduce AI to your child as a tool that makes them sharper (not a way to cheat!) Simple ways to talk to your kids about using AI responsibly, even if you've never used it yourself What "good" AI use actually looks like for middle school, high school, and college-age students This isn't about turning you into a tech person overnight. It's about giving you enough confidence to have the conversation with your kids and get you comfortable using it so you can be a better guide for them. No experience required. Just bring a good attitude and your questions.
